Hey everyone, it’s Tom here with this OnlineWorld.com.
Hope you’re all having a fantastic day today. So, survey sites are a dime a dozen these days, and honestly, they can be pretty hit or miss. I mean, some survey sites pay you consistently and are great to use for years, while other ones are downright scams that just never pay you at all. Now, Prize Rebel is one of the most popular companies in the paid survey space, and it says it’s paid out over $ million in rewards to members since its inception, and is one of the highest-paying survey sites in the space. But is PrizeRebel legit or a scam? And how much can you actually make with the survey platform? Well, I decided to test it out over the years, and I’ve made over $ with the platform. In this PrizeRebel review, I’m covering how it works, its true earning potential, its pros and cons, and how you can ultimately decide if it’s worth using. Let’s get to it.
How It Works
What is PrizeRebel?
So, what is PrizeRebel? Well, like I mentioned, it’s a leading paid survey website that’s been in business since 2007. It has over 20 million members and has paid out $100 million in prizes to its users since its founding. Really, like other survey sites, PrizeRebel is not reinventing the wheel. It’s super, super simple to use. For one, it’s completely free to sign up for, and it’s available in dozens of countries. Once you create an account with your email address, there are lots of different ways you can begin earning. For example, PrizeRebel lets you make money by answering surveys, playing games, watching videos, completing daily challenges, and shopping online. Now, like other GPT sites or Get Paid To websites, surveys are really the main way you’ll make money with PrizeRebel, and in my experience, they pay about 10 cents to a dollar. Maybe $1 or $2 if you find a higher-paying one. Also note that you have to complete a short profile questionnaire when you sign up. So again, it’s free to sign up for, and you can probably set up your account in a matter of minutes. Then, you can begin answering surveys or completing these other types of offers to begin earning.
How Much PrizeRebel Pays
Survey Earnings
Alright, so how much does PrizeRebel pay? This is an important factor to consider when picking any kind of side hustle, especially a Get Paid To website, because you want to make sure the time you’re investing is actually paying you and you’re not getting ripped off. As I mentioned, surveys on PrizeRebel are pretty standard. You might earn a buck or two if you get a little bit lucky, but what’s interesting about this platform is kind of its other earning options and some of the opportunities it has.
Other Earning Opportunities
What’s cool about PrizeRebel is some of the gaming or download app offers can actually be pretty lucrative. I mean, I’ve seen ones paying $5, $10, even $15 or more for doing things like downloading a game and reaching a certain level in that game. There’s also some pretty decent cashback shopping offers on the platform, and again, these can be pretty high paying. You just have to take note that they take a little bit of effort. So, you might download a game and have to grind it out for a few days to reach the requirements to get paid, or you might have to shop online and actually, you know, purchase something and then earn cash back. So, they’re not as easy to answer as surveys, but they do pay more in general. One thing I do like about PrizeRebel is that it has a passive video rewards section. I put out a video recently on this channel about how to watch videos for money and kind of talked about that side hustle. PrizeRebel is one of the sites that lets you do that.
Referral Program
What’s also cool is there’s a nice referral program that pays you up to 30% of your referrals’ earnings, and this is actually one of the main ways I’ve made money with PrizeRebel in the past. So, all in all, as you can see, there are a number of ways to make money with PrizeRebel, which is pretty nice, and if I had to kind of sum it up at the end, I’d say you can most likely make about $1 to $3 per hour with this site with a little bit of practice.
PrizeRebel Payment Proof
Cashing Out Your Earnings
Cashing out: How do you actually redeem your earnings on PrizeRebel, and how do you get paid? That’s another important thing to consider. Well, luckily, PrizeRebel makes it super easy, and it has hundreds of gift card rewards and PayPal cash rewards that you can redeem your points for. Most rewards are available starting at 500 to 1,000 points, which is equivalent to about $5 to $10. This is a pretty low cash-out rate in the world of survey sites, which I like, and there’s also plenty of really good gift cards you can redeem, including ones to Amazon, eBay, Dunkin’ Donuts, Google Play, Safeway, Roblox, and Xbox. So, I’ve actually cashed out with PrizeRebel numerous times, as you can see in my cash-out history that I’m going to put up on the screen, and I can confirm it’s legit. It pays you on time. The cash-out process is super simple. I’ve never had my rewards held for, like, days or weeks on end or my account flagged or anything. So, it’s a pretty simple site, and it does pay out on time.
Pros & Cons
Pros of PrizeRebel
Alright, so the pros and cons of PrizeRebel. Let’s cover that quickly just so you guys can decide if this site is worth it for you. The first pro I have to mention is just the number of ways to earn. I really like a versatile GPT site, and PrizeRebel fits that bill. The second pro I want to mention is just the decent survey rates. I mean, it says it’s one of the highest-paying survey sites out there, and it kind of holds up to that reputation. You know, I made a video on the highest-paying survey sites recently, and I’ve been researching survey sites for years, and PrizeRebel holds up with the best of them. The third pro I want to mention is just how easy it is to cash out. I mean, rewards start at a low amount, and there are dozens of rewards to choose from, so plenty of options there.
Cons of PrizeRebel
Alright, now let’s talk about the cons. What are the downsides of PrizeRebel? Well, one of the ones I notice off the bat is just that there’s no sign-up bonus. You know, sites like InboxDollars have a $5 bonus, MyPoints has a $10 bonus, Swagbucks has one, and branded surveys, all these companies have bonuses, so I kind of wish PrizeRebel had one too. The second con I want to mention—it’s not really unique to PrizeRebel, but it’s just survey disqualification rates. If you’re only answering surveys on PrizeRebel, it can be a bit annoying after a while when, you know, you start answering a survey and you get disqualified and you don’t really earn anything or you just get like a token participation point or two. So again, that’s kind of the nature of survey sites, but it is a bit frustrating.
Conclusion
Is PrizeRebel Legit or a Scam?
Anyways, guys, what is the scam or legit score for PrizeRebel? Well, I’m going to give this site a four out of five for this one. Again, PrizeRebel has been in business for over a decade. It’s paid out millions of dollars to members. I’ve earned over $1,000 with this site over the years. It’s always been paid on time, and it has some of the most competitive rates and really decent rewards out there. So, I think it’s a solid site. One thing I also want to mention that’s kind of unique to PrizeRebel is just the number of giveaways it runs on communities like Reddit Beer Money. I mean, you can check out Reddit Beer Money to learn more about survey sites and GPT sites, and the PrizeRebel moderators and accounts are actually really active there, and they give away cash or gift cards to members all the time. So, it’s kind of nice to see PrizeRebel actually being a member of the community and not this, like, faceless, nameless survey company like some of the other sites out there.
