Is Lit.it App Really a Great Way to Earn for Free by Watching Short Videos or Is It a Waste of Time?

My name’s Mikael, and I tested hundreds of different ways to make money online. Many viewers have recently asked me about this app, so I decided to take a closer look. In this Lit.it review, I’ll give you an inside look, share my opinion and experiences with it, and then you can decide for yourself whether this is the right opportunity for you or not.

So let’s start by going over who can join, and you can see on the website that it’s actually an app. It still does have a website, but honestly, there is not a lot of information on the website. What you can see is that it is available both for Google Play and the App Store, so both for IOS and Android devices. From what I’ve been able to find out, it is available in more or less all countries. There might be a few countries where you can’t join from, but the best way to find out for sure is if you open Google Play or the App Store, you just click here or you search for it. Then if you find it, you can download it, and you can start earning. If not, well then unfortunately, it’s not available in your country. But before doing that, let’s first take a closer look so you can find out if it’s even worth it. So I’ll just log into the app now, and then I’ll show you exactly how it works.

Who Can Join?

So I am now logged into the app and let me just say right away that I honestly find it very confusing and not very user-friendly. But you can see here on the side, these arrows here, so you click that, and then you can click it again, and then you can click here to see how to earn Lit there. And it is its own cryptocurrency. We’ll talk more about how you can get paid a little bit later there. But then you can see the different ways you can earn. The idea is that it’s kind of a social media app where you can post your own videos and share videos, and then you can earn by posting it and watching others interacting with them. You can also watch ads and watch videos.

How It Works

But the thing is then when you, for example, click to watch videos, you can see, then you can just watch these short videos and then there’s a small counter up here. You can react, you can comment, you can share them, you can do all these things there. But then now you can see there, it just counts up there and just keeps counting. But it doesn’t really add the earning, so it’s not very clear how much you would have to earn, how much you would earn if you share it, how much you would earn if you actually upload a video. It’s really not clear about that, and that’s one thing I really don’t like about it. Because things like this should be very clear. You should know, like, okay, if I watch it, then I have to watch this long or do this here to earn, because right now, yes, there can be some cute videos, some fun videos, and all, and these are uploaded by other users. You can also earn by doing it yourself, but it’s just not very clear what you would get out of it. And it always should be. That’s my opinion when it comes to earning apps, and that’s one thing I definitely don’t like about it.

It is a little bit more clear what you would earn if you, for example, go to the survey section. But the whole value of these Lit points is not so clear. And in general, if you’re looking for survey apps, there are just many other better apps with more opportunities and where it’s more clear, in my personal experience. I’ve tested hundreds of different survey apps, so I know this is definitely not an app where I would focus on taking the surveys.

Payout Options

So overall, I would just say the earning option, yes, there are quite a few ways to earn, and you can supposedly earn here by watching the videos, uploading videos, and all that, but what I really don’t like is that they are not more clear about what it requires you to earn a certain amount of points. Overall, I’ve tested hundreds of earning apps, and what I don’t like is when an app is so confusing that you kind of feel like you’re going in circles. You don’t really know what is required, and you can end up spending hours just clicking around, and then you think you’ve earned a lot. But because it’s not completely transparent what you get for your time, usually, that’s not a good sign. That’s usually because it’s then just not worth it. That’s at least based on my experience. But for now, let’s also talk about how you can then get paid because that’s, of course, also something you need to consider. So when you’re going to see your earned points, you can also click to learn more about it. And it writes a little bit more about it here. But again, they don’t say a lot about what you can actually earn. It says you can earn by doing these different things, but not how much. But then they say you can withdraw to your wallet all the Lit points you collect for the different activities, and then you can get them converted into these LITIT tokens, which is a cryptocurrency that could then be traded.

But again, the ratio here you see would be increasing over time, but again, it doesn’t really explain more about exactly what this conversion ratio is, which you would actually need to know, of course. Also, be aware that this KYC (Know Your Customer) process is something that you need to do if you want to get paid from this. But there is one thing here when you go, for example, to this here. You can see that it says at the bottom there that soon this LITIT will be on BNB, and then you can convert it to USDT. So at the time of recording this video, it looks like that is an option. But again, this whole withdrawal process, what is the value of it, overly complicated. I’m not saying that it can’t be worth it. I’m just saying that if it should be an app that I would consider using regularly or recommending to others, then they should be a lot more user-friendly.

Final Verdict

So I’ll keep an eye on it because it does seem that it could be interesting. But as it is right now, I just think it is confusing, and there are a lot of usability issues, in my personal opinion, that should be fixed first. So to sum it all up, I was not impressed by checking out the Lit.it app because it’s just too confusing. There are many things that this should be more transparent about, in my personal opinion.
