Just Play App Review: Legit Way to Earn Cash & Gift Cards by Playing Mobile Games

Hey Everyone, It’s Tom Here With ThisOnlineWorld.com

Hey everyone, it’s Tom here with ThisOnlineWorld.com, and I hope you’re all having a fantastic day today. So welcome back to another episode of Scam or Legit, and today I’m taking a look at one of the most popular gaming apps around, JustPlay. This app says you can earn real cash and gift cards and cash out every 24 hours, but is it legit, or is it a scam? Well, I tested out the app, and in this JustPlay review, I’m covering how it works, its earning potential, the pros and cons, and what some alternatives are that you can use to make sure you’re making as much money as possible. Let’s get to it.

How JustPlay Works

What Is the JustPlay App?

Alright, so just starting off the video quickly, what exactly is the JustPlay app? Well, it’s a gaming reward app for Android devices, and it’s similar to apps like Mistplay and Cash Giraffe. It basically pays you to download and play new mobile games on your phone. Sounds like fun, and it’s a pretty simple idea. You essentially download JustPlay, you launch it, and then you can view different JustPlay games in your game library and find games to download and play to begin earning.

My Experience With JustPlay

So, I tested out the app for an afternoon, and some of the games in my JustPlay library include Treasure Master, Solitaire Verse, Ball Bounce, Bubble Pop—so you know you’re getting a lot of action, strategy, card, puzzle games, things like that. Once you download a game, you launch it through the JustPlay app, so JustPlay can track how long you spend playing this game, and then it pays you with coins the longer you play.

Now, the main downside of JustPlay is that games steadily pay you a little bit less the longer you play them, so you have to kind of keep trying out new games. And again, if you’re not really a fan of mobile games, you’ll probably not like the game selection on JustPlay. That’s kind of a natural assumption. So really, JustPlay, in this whole kind of genre of gaming reward apps, is really for people who already spend time playing mobile games on their phone but now want to earn something for the time they spend.

How Much JustPlay Pays

Payment System and Earnings

Alright, so how much does JustPlay actually pay you when you download a game and start playing it? You know, this is a pretty important question to consider when thinking about a side hustle. And JustPlay, like a lot of other gaming reward apps, is not going to make you a millionaire. I mean, many games on JustPlay pay you about 100 to 300 coins every couple of minutes that you play the game, which is only worth a few pennies.

As I mentioned, games also slowly pay you less and less the longer you play, so this is how JustPlay kind of incentivizes players to keep downloading new games and add them to the library to check out later. Now, JustPlay does have other ways to earn, like it recently added shopping offers, and you can also watch videos to earn coins. I tried out the video feature, and it paid me 100 coins. It was pretty easy to use.

But really, the core way you make money with JustPlay is again downloading new games, playing them, and then consistently trying out new games because JustPlay slowly pays you less. All in all, I think you can make about $1 to $3, maybe a little bit more, per hour with JustPlay. So again, it’s great for gamers who want to earn a little bit of side cash, but it’s not really a full-time job or full-time side hustle.

How to Cash Out

Cashing out with JustPlay—how do you actually get paid for the effort and time you’re putting into this app? Well, like advertised, JustPlay lets you cash out every 24 hours, which is really, really cool. Now, you need 2,000 coins minimum to cash out, which is worth about $0.50. So you can basically launch the app, download a few games, spend some time playing them, and you’ll probably reach this cash-out requirement by the time that 24-hour window appears.

My Cash Out Experience

So for me, I played a puzzle game called Sugar Rush. I played it for about an hour pretty lazily on the side, and I actually cashed out with 2,000 coins. I chose PayPal for my reward, and JustPlay paid me immediately, which I thought was really cool. So the app worked as it advertised. I downloaded this new puzzle game, I played it for an hour, and I cashed out a little bit to PayPal. Again, nothing crazy, it was like 50 cents—nothing to write home about—but cashing out with JustPlay is pretty simple, and I like the fact you can cash out really quickly, and you don’t have to earn $10 or $20 worth of coins to cash out.

JustPlay Pros & Cons

Pros of Using JustPlay

Alright, so the pros and cons—let’s talk about the advantages and disadvantages of using something like JustPlay. Well, one of the pros of this app is that it has a pretty decent variety of games. So again, if you enjoy mobile gaming, you’ll probably find something you like on JustPlay.

The second pro just has to be the really fast payouts. I mean, getting paid every 24 hours and a 2,000-coin minimum is pretty sweet, and it’s a lot lower than most gaming apps.

The third pro I wanted to mention is the fact that you can cash out with PayPal, and Amazon gift cards are also available. So you can’t cash out with direct deposit, but again, you’re getting either real cash or some pretty good gift cards.

Cons of Using JustPlay

Alright, now the downsides—what are the cons of JustPlay? Well, one of the cons that kind of irked me was just the number of ads you’ll find. A lot of the games you download have ads in them, and so the game quality isn’t always there, at least in my opinion.

The second con I wanted to mention is just the coin system being a little bit confusing. I prefer apps that pay you with cash or like virtual currency that’s a little bit easier to understand. So, you earn a dollar in the app, you cash out a dollar. It’s not, “You earned 2,000 coins on JustPlay, and now you’re cashing out 50 cents or 75 cents.” It’s a bit confusing, but you will wrap your head around it after you use the app for a little bit.

Best Apps Like JustPlay

My Legit or Not Score for JustPlay

For the Legit or Not score, what am I giving JustPlay? Well, I’m going to give this app a 7/10, and I’ll tell you why. Really, what I like about JustPlay is that it lets you cash out quickly, and it holds up to its advertised promise of paying you every 24 hours. I also like the fact that the app pays you with real cash, not sweepstake entries or really, really crappy gift cards. You know, it’s actually worth your time to use the app. Again, I don’t think it’s the perfect side hustle out there because if you don’t have an Android phone or you don’t like playing mobile games, JustPlay really isn’t for you. But at the end of the day, if you’re already spending time every week playing games on your Android phone, you might as well earn something for it, and JustPlay has enough games out there where you’ll probably find one you like.
