"6 Legit Ways to Get Free Ethereum in 2025: Passive Income & Crypto Rewards"

Intro

Hey everyone, it’s Tom here with webmonkey.com, and I hope you’re all having a fantastic day today. So, the crypto market has been on another bull run as we entered [year], with Bitcoin even topping [$]K back in December of [year]. Ethereum is also feeling the love, hitting around [$], during the same time period. Now, I already have a video on this channel about different ways to get free Bitcoin—that’s super popular—and so today I wanted to make a similar video sharing six legit ways you can get some free Ethereum to get in on this crypto bull market. There are some perfect ideas in this one for beginners that let you get started even with [$], and one of the ideas I’m covering is brand new to the channel. It’s also super passive and pretty cool, so you don’t want to miss it. Let’s dive in. Alright.

Option 1: Sensible

What is Sensible?

So, starting off with the first way you can get some free Ethereum in [year] and beyond is to use a company called Sensible. Sensible is an exciting and new high-yield account for cryptocurrency that’s an amazing solution if you want to earn free Ethereum and Bitcoin passively. Now, Sensible is pretty cool, and it’s actually backed by Coinbase Ventures, and it basically acts like a regular high-yield account where you earn interest—except you’re earning interest on your crypto, not fiat.

How Does Sensible Work?

With Sensible right now, you can deposit major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana, and then earn up to [%] APY in extra crypto as a form of passive income.

The way Sensible works to let you earn interest on your crypto is through staking, which shouldn’t be anything new if you’re kind of a fan of crypto already. Right now, Sensible can help you stake on major blockchains like Ethereum and Solana and help you earn between [X]% APY and [Y]% APY right now. What’s also cool is that Sensible recently added Bitcoin support, and it’s actually helping you earn up to [%] APY right now.

Why Choose Sensible?

There’s no minimum deposit requirement either, so you can get started with a very small amount of crypto. So again, it’s pretty beginner-friendly. There’s also no monthly maintenance fees, you can withdraw your crypto anytime, and there’s no withdrawal fees.

One key selling point of Sensible is that you maintain custody of your crypto. Sensible isn’t allowed to move or sell or do anything with your crypto without your approval, and this is super important because the crypto space has honestly had some pretty sketchy companies in the past where sure, you can deposit your crypto, but it’s not actually yours—you don’t have custody over it. So, Sensible just helps people earn interest through staking or deposits on their crypto, and again, it’s not taking control of your assets.

Referral Code

According to its website, Sensible is also nice because it doesn’t charge monthly maintenance fees. Instead, it just takes [%] of the profit it helps generate. So, Sensible is only getting paid when its members are getting paid.

Overall, I think it’s a pretty exciting new player in the cryptocurrency space, and again, it’s great if you’re looking to earn passive income on your crypto. I wanted to start the video with it because once you earn some free Ethereum with some of the ideas in this video, you can actually deposit them with Sensible and again earn more passive income. Now, I’ll be linking Sensible down in the description box if you guys want to sign up and open an account for yourself to begin earning. Now, you need a referral code to sign up, so you can use my referral code “Tom Blake” if you want to check out Sensible. You’ll help support the channel, and you can also begin earning passive income with your crypto.

Option 2: Free Cash

What is Free Cash?

The second way you can potentially get some free Ethereum is to use a rewards website called Free Cash. Now, Free Cash is a global get-paid-to website I’ve covered before plenty of times on this channel. I have a review on Free Cash where I show how I cashed out with it, and guys, it’s a stock standard GPT site, but it’s great if you’re looking for crypto rewards. To get started, all you have to do is sign up for Free Cash for free with your email, and you can then explore all of the different ways to earn.

Ways to Earn with Free Cash

Now, what’s nice about Free Cash is there are tons of different earning options at a given time. For example, there are tons of gaming offers available, so you can actually get paid to play different mobile and PC games in your spare time. Some of these offers are for free games and pay a couple of dollars, and you can earn much more if you play some of the paid games or real money games that Free Cash supports.

Free Cash also has other ways to earn that don’t involve gaming. For example, you can answer surveys in your spare time to earn, and Free Cash also has a lot of decent signup bonus offers or shopping offers that are basically a form of cashback. I mean, take a look at this [$] offer I found just for signing up for Coinbase and placing your first trade. That’s really not too bad, and Free Cash has all kinds of signup bonus offers, and quite a few are actually in the crypto or banking space, so it’s kind of a good fit.

How to Redeem Earnings

As you complete offers, earnings deposit in your Free Cash account, and you can then cash out for PayPal cash, free gift cards, or even crypto rewards. So, Ethereum is actually available, and you only need [$] in earnings to cash out Ethereum. Cashing out is as simple as adding your ETH wallet address and then hitting redeem. Free Cash also has Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Dogecoin as rewards.

Now, again, you’re not going to get rich by using any GPT site out there, but you can realistically earn, you know, [$] a day with Free Cash if you put in enough effort, and some of the top members on the site are earning hundreds or even over [$] per month right now.

Option 3: Crypto Faucets

What Are Crypto Faucets?

Alright, guys, and the third way you can get some free Ethereum is an idea I covered in my Bitcoin video, but it also works for Ethereum, and that is to use crypto faucets. Crypto faucet websites are websites where you can earn small amounts of free crypto by completing simple tasks in your spare time. Again, I’ve covered this idea in my Bitcoin video, so let me just go over it really quickly, and then I’ll share two different sites.

Popular Faucet Websites

Take Coin Toly as an example, one of the most popular faucet sites out there. This is a GPT site with a cool crypto flair. It’s free to sign up for, and it’s globally available, and the main way you can start getting some free crypto is to take spins at Coin Toly’s faucet.

So this is basically a random number generator that you can spin every single hour, and based on your roll, you’re rewarded a very small amount of points. Now again, faucets really don’t pay that much. You’re usually earning pennies or fractions of pennies, but you can roll them every single hour or so, and they are free to use. Coin Toly also has plenty of other ways you can start earning, including surveys, gaming offers, clicking on ads, shopping online, and watching videos.

Other Faucets for Ethereum

Now, Coin Toly doesn’t actually have Ethereum as a reward, but it has plenty of other cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Dogecoin available, so you can basically earn with Coin Toly, cash out with one of those cryptos, and then use an exchange to swap your cryptocurrency to Ethereum. That’s kind of how you can get free Ethereum. Now, Faucet Crypto is another crypto site you can check out that’s pretty similar to Coin Toly, and it also has a faucet for free hourly rewards and tons of task-based offers.

Now, what’s nice about Faucet Crypto is that it has way more cryptocurrencies you can cash out, including free Ethereum. You can also redeem Bitcoin, Binance Coin, Dash, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Polygon, Solana, and plenty of other cryptos.

Option 4: Coinbase

How Coinbase Can Help You Earn Free Ethereum

The fourth way you can get some free Ethereum in [year] is to use Coinbase. Now, I’m sure you know already about Coinbase—it’s one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in the world, and it actually has a couple of interesting ways that you can earn free Ethereum.

Coinbase Offers and Staking

Coinbase usually has a pretty decent sign-up bonus for new members who have never been with the exchange before. For example, in North America, you can usually get between [$] to [$] in deposit bonuses again based on how much you deposit with Coinbase as a new member. But aside from that, Coinbase also lets you earn through crypto staking with its Coinbase Earn section.

At the time of me making this video, Coinbase is currently paying [%] APY on Ethereum deposits you stake. It also supports over [number] other assets with APY advertised as high as [%]. Finally, there’s also Coinbase learning rewards, and this is basically a cool educational section where you earn small amounts of altcoins for completing different educational modules and videos.

Option 5: Pawns

What is Pawns?

The fifth way you can get some free Ethereum right now is to use an application called Pawns. Now, Pawns is a pretty cool passive income app; it’s something I’ve covered on this channel as well. I have a review about it, and it’s another option you can consider if you want a kind of passive, lazy way to get some free crypto this year.

How Pawns Works

Pawns has two main ways you can start earning. The first option is to share your unused internet bandwidth with people to earn passive income. This is pretty similar to Honeygain, and according to Pawns, the average person is making about [$] to [$] per month right now by sharing their bandwidth with other people.

Other Earning Options with Pawns

Now, Pawns has also been expanding a lot lately, which is why I wanted to cover it again in this video, and there are now some more active ways you can start earning. For example, through the Pawns mobile app, you can now answer surveys in your spare time to earn, and Pawns recently added a gaming section, which is pretty similar to Free Cash, so you can get paid to play all these different mobile games in your spare time.

Option 6: Crypto Rewards Cards

What are Crypto Rewards Cards?

The sixth and final way you can get some free Ethereum this year is another pretty passive idea, and that is to use a crypto rewards card. Crypto reward cards are basically the same as like a cashback credit card or rewards credit card, except they pay you with crypto rewards instead of, you know, cashback or air miles or something like that.

Popular Crypto Cards

These cards have grown in popularity in recent years, and pretty much every major exchange now has a card you can consider. Take the Gemini credit card as an example. For starters, it has a new intro offer right now that pays you a [$] crypto bonus. All you need to do is sign up for the card and spend at least [$], in [X] days, which is pretty attainable if you put most
