Is CashPiggy Really the Perfect Cash Survey App?
Is CashPiggy really the perfect cash survey app as it claims on its web page, or is it a waste of time? My name is Mikael, and I’ve tested hundreds of different survey apps and other free online earning methods. Many viewers have asked me for a CashPiggy review. So, therefore, I decided to record this video. I’ll give you an inside look, show both the pros and the cons, and then, based on that, you can decide if this is the right opportunity for you or not.
Who Can Join?
So, let’s start by going over who can join. CashPiggy is an app you can join from basically all countries, as far as I can tell. There might be a few where it’s not available, but the only way to know for sure if it’s available in your country or not is to just go to Google Play and try to see if it’s available. If you can find it there, it is available. But it is only available for Android devices. So if you have an iOS device, you cannot use it. Then I do have a video about the best ways to earn from an iOS phone. I’ll leave a link in the top corner so you can check that out instead. But it is an app where you can earn, for example, by taking paid surveys. You can see it says here you have landed on the perfect app to make money. So, as mentioned, I have tested hundreds of ways to earn, so I decided to, of course, put this to the test and see if this really is true. So let me now log into the app, and then I’ll show you exactly what you can expect. So, I have now logged in to CashPiggy.
How It Works
Overview of Earning Opportunities
It’s quite easy to get an overview of the earning opportunities. But it is a little bit of an outdated look, in my opinion, compared to many other survey apps. But you can find the earning methods here, and it’s not just surveys. It also has these playtime games. So, that means that you can install apps and get paid per minute you play. And it’s usually quite easy. But the very strange thing here is that on CashPiggy, I do not have any of these available. And I haven’t had for several weeks, testing it on and off. And that’s very unusual. It depends on the country you live in, but where I live, I have never experienced that, out of all the other playtime apps that I’ve tested, where there are no apps available at all. So, that just overall shows that the opportunities are not that many.
Survey Opportunities
But you can also see here, you can just then find the surveys. There are not that many. They have a few providers they are working with. So you can go there and find them. And all of them here say that you can earn up to points per task. So, this is the maximum per survey. And let me just reveal right away kind of the value of the points. That means, like, this is the maximum you can get: up to cents per survey, and that’s the maximum. And that means there are many that you will not get that much. That is not a lot compared to the top survey apps, for example. And I will actually leave a link below to a list I have on my website of my top recommended survey apps. But it’s definitely not one of the highest paying ones, and it doesn’t give that many opportunities. But it has this one here also where you can at least get free points easily daily by clicking a button. But then, you do have to watch an ad. So, that will take around a minute or so. Whether it’s worth it or not, that I’ll leave that up to you to decide. Overall, not an option I will use inside here for the overall reasons that I’m not really planning to use it after we’ll talk a little bit more about that later here. But, as you can probably hear, I’m not that excited about it.
Review Ratings
And then you might have seen on the app page there that it actually has an average review star rating of . and think like why Mikael is so negative about it when so many people are so happy. So, I wanted to show you that here because here they say, like, rate on the Play Store and then you click there, and then would you rate us five stars? They do not pay you to some apps and websites pay people to do a 5-star review. That’s not even allowed in the Play Store, but it happens a lot anyways. But they don’t do that, but they do say here, “Would you mind giving us” and then if you say yes, you will be taken to the app page where you can leave the review. If you say no, it will just close down. So, they have very cleverly kind of pushed you to, if you go here, “Are you willing to give us five stars?” And the people that are not, they will just not be taken there. And that would take a lot of dedication to then go to the page and do it, so this is likely the reason why they have so many reviews there and so many positive reviews. So, I just wanted to leave that there so you just know that you should be critical about these ratings you see on app pages like that. They can easily be manipulated.
Payout Options
But before you decide if this is for you or not, let’s talk about how you can get paid because that’s always super important to be aware of. So, I have now jumped to the redeem section, and here you can see the payout options.
Available Payout Methods
The exact payout options might vary depending on the country you live in. I can also not say for sure. Maybe the payout threshold also will vary. If you have a different payout threshold or different payout options, please just share in a comment below which options you have, what the payout threshold is, and the country you live in. That would be great to hear. But you can scroll down here, and you can see, for example, for me, I have PayPal cash, and I have Amazon gift cards here as options. And the payout threshold is only $. So that’s equivalent to points. And I do like that it has this low a payout threshold. That is the biggest advantage of CashPiggy for sure, in my opinion. And the same for Amazon also; you can also withdraw an Amazon gift card already when you have earned $. So that is definitely great, but that is also the most positive thing I have to say about CashPiggy, to be completely honest.
Final Verdict
So just to sum it up, CashPiggy is an app where you potentially can earn, but I have tested so many different ways to earn online, and the usability is just not that great, and the earning potential is very low. There are not that many opportunities, and the options that are there are just not as high paying as what you can find inside many other apps and on many other websites. The best thing, and what I really like, is that it does have a low payout threshold, and you can choose to get paid in cash or gift cards. That is definitely great, but it’s not enough for me to really like it because when there are hundreds of similar apps and websites, then why not just focus on the one that gives the absolute best user experience, best opportunities, and highest rewards?
