Can You Really Make Money on Threads?
Can you really make good money on Threads, and is it really possible to potentially earn more than $ per day as some people claim? My name is Mikael, and I’ve worked online for years. Many viewers have recently asked me about this, so I decided to take a closer look and I’ve also started an experiment on Threads that I’ll share with you so you can see how it’s going. I will follow up on that in future videos. But in this video, I will show you two main ways that I think you can potentially earn on Threads. I will also share some important details that many others do not share, so you can find out if this is really for you or not.
The Hype Around Earning Money on Threads
So if you search on YouTube, it looks like Threads is a really great way to make money. Supposed earning claims include:
- You can see more than $ a week
- How to make money with it
- How to make, for example, $, in one day with Threads and ChatGPT
So there are many different claims about how much you can earn on Threads. And I’m not saying any particular video here is not telling the truth or anything like that. I’m just saying that I understand there’s a lot of curiosity about it. And I then also decided to look more into this and see if it’s something that I could potentially use to grow my business.
What is Threads?
What You Need to Know About Threads
Threads is similar to X (formerly Twitter), but it’s owned by Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It’s still relatively new, so it’s not as competitive yet, but there are still a lot of people there. So far, I find some interesting conversations going on over there.
Creating a Threads Account
To get a Threads account, it is free, but you do need an Instagram account. You need to have an Instagram account and then you can connect it. You can see mine here, and I also have one with the same name on Threads.
How to Get Started
I’ve recently started using Instagram more to share exclusive and unique content there. If you’d like to support my journey and see some things I don’t share anywhere else, it would be great if you could give me a follow there as well. I’ll leave a link below for both my Instagram and Threads accounts.
Two Main Ways to Make Money on Threads
Option 1: Becoming a Freelance Threads Manager
One way to make money on Threads, even if you’re not interested in building up an online presence, is to offer freelance services. For example, you can visit Fiverr or any freelance platform where people offer services such as creating a Threads account, optimizing it, or writing posts for different projects.
Option 2: Using Threads to Grow Your Business
The second way I think Threads can be worth considering is if you have your own online business or if you’re looking to do affiliate marketing. Threads could be a way to communicate and connect with an audience, potentially a new audience that isn’t on other social media platforms.
The Potential of Affiliate Marketing on Threads
Threads offers potential for affiliate marketing, where you can use it to drive traffic to your business. If you want to work with affiliate marketing, building an audience is key. With an audience, you can get more eyes on your business, which is essential for growth.
However, there are some things to consider before jumping in. If you want success on Threads or any other platform, you need to understand the basics of affiliate marketing.
Be Careful with the Hype
There’s a lot of hype around Threads, and many people claim to make money on the platform. But it’s important to remember that not all the claims are backed up with real evidence. Some influencers and hype-driven content could be misleading, and it’s crucial to be critical of what you see.
Final Thoughts
In conclusion, Threads has potential for building an audience and growing a business. However, if you’re new to affiliate marketing or online business, I wouldn’t recommend diving into Threads without understanding the basics first. Otherwise, you risk getting caught in the hype, chasing unrealistic results.
I’ll continue experimenting with Threads and keep you updated on my progress. In the meantime, make sure to follow me on both Threads and Instagram if you’d like to stay updated.
